What we collect
When you buy: your email, billing details and payment are handled by Stripe. We receive your email, what you bought, the amount and the date. We never see your full card number.
When you ask for help: the email and message you send on the Get help page.
When you browse: Google Analytics records pages visited, device and browser type and rough location using cookies. If you arrive from one of our video links, we may note which video sent you.
Why we use it
To deliver your download, let you get it back later, answer support requests, handle refunds, keep tax and bookkeeping records, and see which pages work.
Who we share it with
Stripe (payments), Google (analytics) and the companies that host our website and records. We do not sell your data.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as needed for bookkeeping and tax. Support messages are kept until your request is resolved and for a reasonable time after.
