Instant digital downloads. If something goes wrong, we'll put it right.
The deal
Every pack is a digital file you get straight away, so we don't offer change-of-mind refunds.
When we always refund
If you were charged twice, or your file won't download or open and we can't fix it, we'll refund the full price.
How to ask
Go to the Get help page, choose “I'd like a refund”, and enter the email you paid with. Add your order reference if you have it.
When the money arrives
Refunds go back to the card or wallet you paid with. Most banks show it within 5–10 business days.
