How the packs work, how you get your file, how refunds work, and what the licence covers.

Which AI tools does this work with?: All the popular ones — ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Microsoft Copilot. The prompts are plain text, so they work anywhere you can type.
Do I need any technical skill?: No. Every prompt is written out for you. You fill in the blanks in [brackets] with your own details, paste it in, and read the answer.
How do I get the file?: Instantly. The download link appears the moment your payment goes through. If you lose the page, use the 'Already bought?' link at the bottom of the store and enter your checkout email and order reference to get it back.
Can I use these for client work?: Yes. The licence covers one business, including work you do for your own clients. Please don't resell the file itself.
What if my file doesn't work?: Use the 'Get help' link at the bottom of the store and we'll fix it fast — or refund you if we can't.
What exactly am I buying?: A PDF guide full of copy-and-paste AI prompts, organised into sections for real jobs in your business. Each pack shows its page and prompt count on its sales page.
How is the file delivered?: The moment your payment is confirmed, the download link appears on your thank-you page. You can also get it back any time from the 'Already bought?' link at the bottom of the store — enter the email you paid with and the order reference from your thank-you page, and your pack comes straight back up.
Can I download it again later?: Yes, as many times as you like. Use the 'Already bought?' link at the bottom of the store and enter your checkout email and order reference to bring your download back up.
How do refunds work?: Packs are instant downloads, so we don't offer change-of-mind refunds. If you were charged twice or your file won't download, use the 'Get help' link at the bottom of the store and we'll fix it or refund you. Refunds go back to the card you paid with.
Is the checkout secure?: Yes. Payments are processed by Stripe — we never see or store your card details. Your card statement shows a payment to the store.
Can I buy more than one pack?: Absolutely. Each pack is a separate one-time purchase, and both download instantly after payment.
Do I get updates to the pack?: Minor updates to a pack you already own are free — reopen your download from the 'Already bought?' link and you always get the latest version.
Is this a subscription?: No. Every pack is a one-time payment. There are no renewals, no recurring charges and nothing to cancel.
